Thanks to Yelpers we found Imperial Automotive. Honest, knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and professional people. I picked up our 2006 vehicle this morning after a brake job & thermostat repair. Sal greeted me, stopped what he was working on and showed me all the worn parts... explaining what they were, what he did and why. Sal & the owner, David, have worked together 20 years. Good people. Outstanding service. Excellent value. Thrilled to find our new mechanics in Cupertino!

Imperial Automotive is stealing parts I went there to do a small repair, the repair work was find. BUT I found two missing parts before I drove the car away, the owner claimed that they would not take those small inexpensive parts, I hope I can belive him.

good service This was the first time i had been to this place so i was really skeptacle but the way that the staff helped me with my problem i was very satisfied.I thought the staff was very experienced.I went there for a routine car inspection.THey did a through car inspection i was very happy with their service.They are very reasonable too.The staff there is very friendly and helpfull.My dealer told me it would cost me 500 dollars to fix my transmission leak, he said it was a very minor problem and fixed it for nothing.
