The owners are to blame for the terrible upkeep. Maintenance & Management are always working hard to fix what they can. Wynne building corp. clearly gives them no budget to fix anything at all. Meanwhile the Rents have nearly doubled in the last 10 years. Same cheap owners since the 70s. Same kitchen formica from the last update in the 90s. Had 2 rodent encounters while renting there. German roaches from a used refrigerator they changed. Poop water leaking from the 2nd floor toilets into our apartment. Too many tenants suble... read more
Maintenance is great , but rent price is to high. Economic is not that good
