Great location. Clean building. Great management.
The apartment im living in has a peice of pasta painted into the ceiling, my packages continuously get stolen and when I asked management about what they would do to stop this issue they responed saying "buy a po box" even though we have cameras pointed at our mailboxes. the elevator is so old and under-maintained that the whole thing stops moving because the rusty old gate gets stuck open and youre forced to go to every single floor to figure out who didnt remember to close the gate all the way. Old and money hungry management doesn't care about the people. Once your in all that helpful kindness is gone. Pay your rent and shut up.
Imperial Arms has been one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. Not only is the location great and the building has beautiful architectural details but the property manager, Allison, does an amazing job. She’s quick to respond to questions or issues and takes great care of the building. The maintenance team also responds to my work orders quickly and are friendly and respectful in my home.
