I really like the area, however I am currently living here and my packages have been stolen at the lobby! and managment does not care nor is trying to help or find a solution. Really disappointing.
I lived here in 2019 and enjoyed it. The property manager was so kind and attentive and overall this is a great side of sutter to live on. I had a car and was able to manage to find street parking for the most part without it being a horrible problem. The units are tiny but the prices at the time were competitive compared to the other units that were being rented and I didn’t want to have roommates. I recommend a unit on the top floor near the main entrance doors as that’s where I lived and had easy access to get in and out ... read more

I’m really enjoy renting my apartment at this location. Beautiful neighborhood, close to bus system, friendly neighbors. Privacy is amazing!
