My wife and I visited the Impel America showroom in Miami after it was recommended to us by one of the appliance brands we were planning to purchase for our kitchen project, and we’re very glad we did. The showroom is impressive and has a great selection of premium appliances. Being able to see everything in person made a big difference for us while planning our kitchen. Our kitchen designer recommended to go check Impel for the appliances. I had a great experience working with Mr. Jorge Montes at Impel. They had an excellent selection and everything I needed, and Mr. Montes was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and explained all the features clearly, without any pressure. I would recommend Impel America to anyone, no matter the job. These guys were awesome to work with and my salesman Jorge was the best. He was in touch the whole time when we got deliveries and answered every time I called. Great experience, this was my second time using them and I can’t wait to use Jorge again!!
