Absolutely horrible signage. $100 ticket because I paid the wrong meter. And was only parked there for an hour. Worst call center I've ever dealt with. Called about an honest mistake and was told there's nothing they could do but a MAX of $5 off.
Paid for parking, got a ticket any ways. Sent proof of my paid parking and the ticket to customer service and they said too bad, we're sending you to collections. Impark is perhaps the shadiest parking business in BC. Watch out.
