Need over a month notice to cancel your parking pass. So you're stuck paying over 200$ if you don't plan ahead, they refuse to put membership on hold. Scumbag company.
There are 4 signs that say reserved impark and no signage anywhere else. Who pays on a sunday in Winnipeg??? Its always empty.
I like that they let me park here but I dont like to pay money.
Just the worst service ever. Paid for parking on their app, got a ticket anyway. The only way to dispute it is by filling out the online form, you're not allowed to call to follow up, and they don't give you any indication of weather or not they've admitted their mistake and dismissed the ticket. The only way to figure out if they've admired their mistake is to keep checking the website to see if your ticket still exists. 👎
