One of their ad managers renamed our agency’s campaigns to their own brand instead of creating his own campaigns. To clarify, he took our work and slapped “impakt” name over it and then hit auto apply to googles recommendations and called it good. Owning an agency, I would never do this to another advertisers campaigns. Not only can you expect a dip in roas, it’s just lazy work.
My wife and I met with Luke to receive insight and direct for our business. We received great advice and strategies that set us on a solid path!! We would HIGHLY recommend Impakt Media to anyone seeking sincere, data driven marketing advice!!

The few issues where I've needed Impakt and Luke Nesler the phone calls are answered and messages immediately returned, which is the first big thing. The second, is problems are resolved or concerns explained. And finally, they talk to you at a level even a lay person can understand if needed. Fantastic across the board.
