This is the 3rd time we have had Sameh and his crew from Impact Window Master install windows at the house. First we did the front door, loved the installers and every aspect went smoothly. Second time we did the back door and half of the house. We were remodeling that part of the house and kitchen and figured it had to be done. Once again everything went as promised and expected. I dont understand how the reviews are so good for this company. The customer service is simply not there. Sam the owner will promise you delivery dates that end up delayed. He will also tell you he will fix any issue after installation and that doesn't happen. He's a smooth talker but that is all you will get is talk and no action. I would definitely not recommend this company. I had a horrible experience and suggest you take your business elsewhere. Sincerely a dissatisfied customer.

Sam installed my windows and I was very pleased. If he promises he’s going to do something he always keeps his word. Him and his crew work very fast and efficiently. The installation has made my house look nice.
