Terrible experience with the booking system at this location. We has organized an afternoon pickup game (1:30pm-3pm) here as a company event with 16+ employees in hopes to play some basketball and get a chance to socialize with employees from all over the world, with who we work with remotely for the most part, and we kissed the door. There was an ongoing tournament happening and they told us that the tournament lasted till 7pm. There was nothing that they could do and we ended up not being able to play basketball. Youth programs are great! Coaches and staff are professional. At the end of every turnout I feel like my child is leaving with a positive message. It makes me want to lace up my kicks and join the men’s league.
I experienced very poor customer service on my first try (will certainly be my last). The sad part is that is was from the owner of the business. If you don't value your customers, what are you in business for?
They never answer the phone. I’ve called 5 different times and no answer. They overprice everything, even a simple day pass. Owner is a jokester who can’t run a business.
