great packaging and communication when working on my project
Awful communication! A company sent me a package but had the wrong address. When I received the FedEx notification, I immediately got in touch with Impact Stamping to see if the package could be rerouted. I ended up going back and forth between contacting FedEx and Impact Stamping for nearly a month, just for IS to send it back to the shipper/client although I gave them my address.
