The best place I’ve ever trained. It’s like a family environment but also is very competitive. You will get better training with Impact. If I could give them a 6 star I would!!

We absolutely love Impact and all of the trainers! Both of our boys have trained at Impact, and we’ve seen huge improvements in their strength, speed, and agility. The workouts are thoughtfully tailored to each athlete’s goals, and every trainer brings enthusiasm, motivation, encouragement, and genuine support. We honestly can’t say enough great things about Impact. Highly recommend! We love it!
