We absolutely love Impact and all of the trainers! Both of our boys have trained at Impact, and we’ve seen huge improvements in their strength, speed, and agility. The workouts are thoughtfully tailored to each athlete’s goals, and every trainer brings enthusiasm, motivation, encouragement, and genuine support. We honestly can’t say enough great things about Impact. Highly recommend! We love it!
Best workouts I’ve ever done. If you’re serious about playing any sport at the next level they will get you there. Amazing people with an amazing culture.
