The staff is super friendly and helpful when you have questions. The staff and their professionalism is it why the score was even a 4. From the last time I went to the facility in 2024, the facility itself was in great need of an upgrade and maintenance top to bottom from equipment, HVAC, restrooms, size of workout room, turf, and the like. The best place I’ve ever trained. It’s like a family environment but also is very competitive. You will get better training with Impact. If I could give them a 6 star I would!!
