Tracy made our house buying a total nightmare. She was the contact for the new build. Don’t ever work with her! We paid money to save the house for us and she was still doing open houses in it. She was awful and made the process longer than it should have.
Tracy and Nila are complete liars. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Beware before you commit to this company. Go elsewhere so you don't live in regret.
Working with Scott from ImPact was a pleasure. He answered many questions and we never felt pressure. Great experience!
