Jenna Knapp from Impact Property is amazing. I used to rent a room that they manage, and Jenna is an extremely awesome employee. She communicates, takes proactive steps, and keeps everyone up to date on what’s going on. One thing I want to appreciate is that I had to move out of this room due to my work preferences, and even then, she never left me. She took care of a smooth transition to end my lease with them. I highly recommend working with Impact Property and especially with Jenna Knapp.

I entered into a lease for a property managed by Impact and ultimately had to back out of it before moving in for personal reasons. Despite the setback, Jenna and everyone else I worked with were very understanding and were amazing to work with throughout the entire process. I'll definitely consider them first next time I'm in the market!

Jenna and her team are doing an impressive job. They are hands on, honest, and professional. Now I can travel for months at a time and worry about nothing but having fun. Best decision I ever made
