My experience with this team has been amazing! Specifically any time I have any problems Karen is always very responsive and helps to get my problems solved. They have great process in place to insure things are running smoothly!
Wish I could give them 0 stars. We moved in to our rental house late September and 3 days after we moved in, we were told by our neighbors that the previous tenants had broke their lease due to black mold. We were never made aware of the previous mold exposure. After being told that we went through all the vents and notice that in every single one of our floor vent there was trash and dust that had built up for at least 20-25years. Jenna Knapp from Impact Property is amazing. I used to rent a room that they manage, and Jenna is an extremely awesome employee. She communicates, takes proactive steps, and keeps everyone up to date on what’s going on. One thing I want to appreciate is that I had to move out of this room due to my work preferences, and even then, she never left me. She took care of a smooth transition to end my lease with them. I highly recommend working with Impact Property and especially with Jenna Knapp.

I entered into a lease for a property managed by Impact and ultimately had to back out of it before moving in for personal reasons. Despite the setback, Jenna and everyone else I worked with were very understanding and were amazing to work with throughout the entire process. I'll definitely consider them first next time I'm in the market!
