Doesnt follow up. Sent inexperienced staff. Damaged my siding. Matt is supposed to come fix it. Been over 2 weeks. Claims he is going to come never comes or never calls to say he cant make it. Went with them due to reviews but turned out to be a nightmare. Price not that great for job. Took my money quick but not fixing damage quick.
Two young men arrived on time, very polite and professional. One of the two was a repeat.This is my third year having my gutters cleaned by Impact. Breanna is always friendly and helpful.
