We had Impact Plumbing install a whole-home Clack water softener and catalytic carbon filtration system, flush our water heater, replace the anode rod, replace a guest bathroom faucet and angle stops, and install a Moen Flo shutoff system. The men came out on Memorial Day even though it could have waited. I had broken off the faucet handle in the sink in the bathroom. As there are two, they could have waited. Instead I was given a window time when they would come here. B they were an hour early. The work is perfect. Two new faucets that will last a long while. Great service, polite techs. I am very satisfied! The phitis are of 1) the broken faucet, they're here, Jace and Blake get started, the finished product.

Our faucet handle had been getting stiff and we noticed mineral deposits building up on our shower head, Tom from Impact Plumbing tested the water right in front of us and it showed 17 grains per gallon even though we had a Costco system. Tom installed their system, flushed the entire house, and the water immediately tested at 0 grains per gallon. Very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He’s also coming back in a week to test it again. Highly recommend!

I called with a simple question about a small job they didn't. My question was this: how long does it take for the pvc cement to dry before the water can be turned on for the house. He asked me what type of glue was used and what kind of pipe it was and gave me a simple answer. I told him how pleasant the car was and how I appreciative I am and he told me it's a family own business and they pride ourselves on good customer service.

Corey drove across town at 7am to acquire a component for my tankless water heater that was out of stock everywhere online. If that’s not dedication to your customers I’m not sure what is. Super friendly service, and managed to get everything up and running for me again! 10/10. No notes.
