My family is going on year 3 with impact fitness. JT and his workout regimens have taken my boy's performance to the next level. They compete at a high level in every sport they play because of the work they have put in at impact fitness. He has very competitive pricing and works to understand your children's needs to obtain the result you want for them. I've personally trained there as well. They offer a variety of classes depending on your needs and preference and if you are consistent you will see the results!

I must say that JT and his team are really all about building community, motivation, encouragement, and testing limits. If you have been going to the same gym for 5 years taking classes and still look/feel the same, your not at the right place. The team at Impact will help get you right physically all while building you up mentally. COME JOIN US!

I joined this gym without much knowledge or strength, but their team encouraged and pushed me to do my best every time I’m there whether it is conditioning or strength training. Trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and amiable. Highly recommended for anybody who would want to start their journey to get stronger and get in shape.

I absolutely love this gym! Everyone is so encouraging and support. The trainers are phenomenal and truly meet you where you are. This is one of the best investments in myself this year!
