Awesome gym for all ages and skill levels. My favorite thing is how positive and supportive the coaches and other fighters are.
absolutely some of the best coaches for your kiddos if you want them to learn a life skill that will improve their life across the board. I have 2 sons in the titans classes and they both have improved at home and at school as well. I would encourage anyone considering any type of martial arts training for their kids to pursue it in any way but ESPECIALLY at Impact Martial Arts
