I’m giving this place 2 stars because of an unpleasant experience with a staff member named Gina who works behind the glass. Her demeanor came across as very rude and unprofessional. When it was time for group, she came out yelling at everyone, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. She also seemed impatient—at one point, she asked a man a question but didn’t give him enough time to respond before saying “helloooo” in a dismissive tone.
