Love this studio! Great classes that are easy to follow for all levels and kind, talented teachers.
One of the hardest parts of moving out of Jersey City was leaving Impact! Caroline (owner) and all of the instructors are so welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. I started coming to this studio two years ago, intimidated and hiding in the back of class. I am leaving as a confident front rower (sometimes even next to Caroline), loving the heated classes and crazy combos week after week. If you’re looking to challenge yourself, try something new or just enjoy a fun workout, Impact is truly the best! Xo
I love this studio. A variety of workouts and amazing vibesss. Diana is definitely my favorite instructor, always looking forward to her class it’s beyond physical workout it’s very therapeutic and she always introduces me to new songs haha
