I've been attending for a year now using their pass and have really enjoyed the space. That said, the late policy feels overly strict. I had expected there to be a short grace period of 3 minutes, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. I understand that for the noon class, there’s no front desk staff and late entry isn’t allowed. Still, it would be more reasonable to offer a brief grace period, especially for working professionals trying to fit in a workout during a busy schedule. Absolutely love impact! I have been going to impact since March and have tried a bunch of different class types over the months. Every class and instructor is amazing and challenging in their own way. My usual classes I take are Barre, Sculpt, and Sculpt Intervals. impact has become an important part of my routine and I look forward to going to classes every week.
Impact is one of the best fitness studios around! I started my journey there as a ClassPass member back in November 2024 and switched to an Impact Member in May 2025. There’s a variety of classes and instructors that can tailor to your needs. Honorable mention to my favorite class types - strength and barre! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a body positive, wellness-centered fitness studio.
Impact is a fantastic studio for Pilates mat, barre, interval sculpt, dance and strength classes. The workouts and music are always evolving so you don’t get bored and the instructors are great. Highly recommend.
