Best mat Pilates class! I’ve only taken a few classes and my body has never been this toned and strong. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend the heated classes!
One of my favorite workouts in Jersey city! You’ll get a great exercise in with Melanie and Caroline. Feel stronger every class. Personally really like the sculpt intervals and strength
10/10 this studio is amazing. Staff is friendly and instructors are so helpful. The environment is warm and inviting. There is a fun energy that is encouraging and uplifting during the workouts! I will keep coming here until I leave New Jersey
Hot sculpt interval class is absolutely incredible. Never sweated so much in my life and with such low impact movement that also give you the shakes. Highly recommend!
