We recently had some damage to our roof and had to use Impact to determine the severity and then to come up with a plan to get everything repaired. We worked with Steve who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend using Impact for any roof repair situations.

Back in October, we discovered a water leak in our kitchen. The origin was from the water line from the fridge to the external water connection. A contractor out of Lebanon was suggested. But after a few weeks of poor customer service and poor communication, our Adjuster recommended Impact Insurance Restoration.
