Back in October, we discovered a water leak in our kitchen. The origin was from the water line from the fridge to the external water connection. A contractor out of Lebanon was suggested. But after a few weeks of poor customer service and poor communication, our Adjuster recommended Impact Insurance Restoration. I originally wasn’t going to use my insurance company for a leak in the master bedroom of my rental property, until I received a price for repairs from another company- which had high reviews. The quote I received from the first company was for over $8000.
