5 stars for Impact Home Lending! Excellent communication and expertise. We purchased a home when mortgage rates were more volatile, and Courtney would quickly pull rates and payment estimates (sometimes daily). They also use technology well: remote meetings, cool software that modeled our lending needs, docusign, etc. Give them a call!
Courtney and Matt were so great to work with during my first home buying process. Right away they had great communication, providing updates when they had them and always responsive. Their reliability and expertise made the whole process easier. I also had some challenges with closing and their whole team was patient and pushed things through quickly. I would definitely work with them again!
I was able to close on loan in about 40 days I had been trying with other lenders for about six months and they could not get loan closed I would and have recommended them to friends
