If you are looking for a mortgage, please consider using Impact home lending as your lender. I used this group for a refinance recently and I couldn’t be happier. They do a wonderful job in showing every option available for you in personal and visual perspective. They are fantastic in keeping up communication with you every step of the way. 5 stars for Impact Home Lending! Excellent communication and expertise. We purchased a home when mortgage rates were more volatile, and Courtney would quickly pull rates and payment estimates (sometimes daily). They also use technology well: remote meetings, cool software that modeled our lending needs, docusign, etc. Give them a call!
