I have never, EVER, seen an agency be so rude to their consumers. The way they speak to their consumers and threaten to end services, don’t keep appointments, etc., is ridiculous. As a current employee (PCA) I’m ashamed to identify as working for Impact and if it weren’t for wanting to remain a support to my consumer I would have already left. They are MEAN.
Jarboe is a good mom and a hard worker to provide for her family i recommend her 100% very understanding I think some people just don’t like seeing other people succeed. I refer her to anyone!!
