Gouged Would not hire him again
We recently hired Taylor at Impact to draft up designs for our renovation and were very impressed from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, friendly and had a very clear idea of what needed to be done to get us to the finish line. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Taylor and we'll definitely work with Impact again!
I was looking for some simple permit drawings for the city to get my basement reno going. I already knew what I wanted generally and had a contractor lined up so we didn't need any help with engineering, materials etc. but every other designer we spoke to insisted on charging us for those things as part of "their process" on top of the work we needed and wanted to pay for.
