Great Service – This was my first time ordering from Impact Guns. I order a new ruger mini 30 rifle. They had the lowest price I could find anywhere on the net or in local gun shops, plus it was FREE SHIPPING. Gun arrived in only a few days. I will always look here when shopping. Great Experience – This was my first time ordering from Impact Guns. I ordered a couple magazines for my Browning Buckmark from them because they were 30% cheaper here than anywhere else I could find them. Ordering was very simple and quick. I actually ordered more stuff from them today right before writing this review.

Good First Experience – I just bought a Glock Field Knife from them via their website. This was the first experience I have had with Impact Guns and it was very favorable. The price for this item was very competitive with other on line retailers and the shipping was very reasonably priced considering the item was shipped from Utah to where I live in CT.

Tides turning – I am not new to the gun world. I am 26 and live in Texas so have been around them my whole life. My family is law enforcement and my brother is a marine. Here's a tip... – I don't tend to write reviews but one thing that get to me is a sales person who is a condescending jerk on the phone. You expect people to drive all the way out to Magna to buy a gun priced the exact same as anywhere else, but you are a jerk on the phone? Seriously? Keep your guns.

Asking too much for too little. – I've been to this shop several times and have to agree with the previous reviewer. I like how they have a shooting range in the store, but they charge 10.00 for renting the gun. That's not a big deal, but the last time I went they were charging an additional 10.00 to use the range, so that's 20.00 plus ammo, and most of the time they are conveniently out of the 12.00 box so I had to buy the 25.00 one instead. Overpriced with Horrible Customer Service !!! – My first and last experience with Impact Guns was last week while I was searching for two RRA firearms. When I arrived there were only two customers in the store, and they were together. As the one CSA helped these two the other CSA was busy looking over stock that had just arrived.
