If I could I could give them a negative star I would. Horrible. You you be better off blowing the glass yourself then waiting on them.

Absolutely disappointed with their service. They visited us for inspection more than a month ago and still can't provide any calculations or estimates. I called every week, and every time they promised to send everything or to call me back. Nothing was done. They just wasted my time. Do not recommend.
First try being honest. Give you Customer Service training. Have your sales people be more ethical. Don't shy away from giving out the owner's name. He should know how bad the service is and how mishandled the business has become. I waited 2 months with 4 visits dealing with 2 sales people and 4 different installers and the works is still incomplete!
Stay away. Terrible to deal with and they did not perform the job properly. Even though we are supposed to have a guarantee these people are so bad that I'd rather use someone else. Total fraud, bad customer service, terrible attitude, bad at their job, stay away
