We drove 4 hours to bring our vehicles here. The trip was worth it because this shop does quality work. They deliver what they promise for the cost quoted. If problems occur they keep the customer in the loop. We had a 150 k maintenance performed on one vehicle this week. In the past we have had extensive repairs on a diesel engine. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable and the crew strives to meet the promised timeline.
I had a very disappointing experience with Impact Fleet Services. I brought my truck in for a DOT inspection, and from the start, communication was poor. They did not respect timelines, failed to return calls, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get updates. When I asked for clarification on the issues they claimed needed repair, their responses were vague and lacked transparency. Mark is awesome to work with. Knowledgeable and talented staff diagnosed and fixed our 1997 7.3L quickly. Would strongly recommend to anyone needing diesel repair.
They do good work, but the service aspect has dropped significantly over the last few years. Not a real sense of urgency, you must keep on them for answers, etc. If you're not commercial or need timely repairs, then they would be great.
I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I was passing through town heading home for Christmas. My Sprinter van broke down. I called every Mercedes dealer in the area, explained the situation and their attitude was, "sucks to be you". No one would even get me an appointment until mid January. I called Impact and they squeezed me in immediately, overnighted a new driveshaft and had me going at 9am the next day. Final bill was even $600 less than original estimate. Call these guys!
