I LOVE IMPACT FITNESS! I lost and have maintained my weight loss of 96 pounds! I am at the gym a lot! The people, the equipment and facilities meet all my needs for a healthy lifestyle! I look like I don't need a gym or I have been this way all my life, but NOT! I work hard and my healthy food choices and my gym keep me on track! :) And it's fun! Really.

Can't say enough about this place and all the improvements happening here! The pool is great.
I joined impact fitness when I was at my heaviest weight. 6 years later and I am a different person and healthier than ever. I went from being embarrassed about my body to instructing a zumba class. I have found motivation and friendship here. It is not like most other gyms. Impact fitness is my antidepressant!!!!
