I took my 2011 Street Glide to Impact Cycles for a service. I also had them install a race tuner, air cleaner, program it and replace rear tire. Russ and his team did an AWESOME JOB!!! Thanks guys for the high quality workmanship!!!
I'm leaving tomorrow morning. I just wanted to say thanks again for you and you crew taking care of me while I was here. The breakdowns I had with the battery and the throttle sensor failing really put a damper on my trip. Russ Chris and Kevin wow never seen guys so dedicated to servicing bikes getting people back on the road as fast as possible. I seen so many happy customers walk in and ride out in the last 2 days . Incredible service . So impressed with the work of these guys.

This is hands down the best shop in the area. Finally there is someone who cares about the customer. Amazing turnaround time. Anyone who needs any kind of service for their bike, go to Russ first.

I was told by Harley that I had a bent frame. I took it to Russ and was informed it was a bent motor mount. Frame would have cost around $6000. and probably adding in the cost of the motor mount. The motor mount cost $600....Harley will never see this bike again!
Russ provided excellent service and value. Went above and beyond what was expected, doesn't attempt to " run up" a bill. Truly tries to do the things in your best interest. I will be back.
