The good: People are definitely friendly and the office staff is fantastic. My 2 cents on the actual counseling sessions themselves: I highly recommend asking if you are legally able to record your sessions here. I've always enjoyed writing and had a very detailed log that I included with my initial intake. You need to be VERY CLEAR with the counselors here as to what something feels or felt like vs. what you actually believe, because the notes I obtained from the counselor were wildly inaccurate. I have been battling with depression and I was referred by somebody to come here, but I would not recommend you coming here they don’t have any sense of urgency to help people. I called 3 times they never answered, the next day I called again no answer but this time I left a message because I was having a mental breakdown and nobody called back till like 4 hrs later and told me to fill out some documents, I literally finished them as soon as she sent them.
