I saw a provider here that has since left. But I have to say that if Michelle hires the caliber of therapist as my former one, run don't walk, if you need help! The good folks at this practice care, and they will help you get better.
I have seen a handful of counselors over the years but I never really made any progress until I started seeing Michelle in 2017. I have made amazing progress in so many aspects of my life with her help. She is amazingly supportive and easy to speak to. Without her help I might not have been able to make it here today. While this year may have thrown quite a few punches I can honestly say I am in the best place I have been in maybe my entire life. I would absolutely recommend this practice.
Michelle Paul is the best and the only person my son and I have ever actually enjoyed talking to while her techniques plus her personality are beyond helpful. I’m thankful we found her.
I have been seeing Michelle since 2016. Since this time she has helped me with so much. She is non judgemental and has taught me techniques to conquer my anxiety and depression. She genuinely cares about my wellbeing and has gone above and beyond for me.
