Just had my carpets cleaned by Impact. I have 3 dogs. The odor is gone - he used a deodorizer that I've never heard of. It's his own product. I'll be buying a bottle off his website. Jerry showed me the hair he got up in his machine. Unbelievable! Lesson - vacuum a lot when you have dogs! I'll be calling them again for my next cleaning

I never had my carpets cleaned. Ever. Then I had my grandchildren over while my daughter went on vacation and all 3 kids got sick at the same time! Like nothing I ever experienced in my life! I have a big house. There was vomit everywhere! I called Impact because I saw the reviews on Yelp. OMG, thank God! And everything came out! No stains, no smell!
