They sold a Lemon to my sister. They told her that they put in a new engine in her vehicle but they lied, the motor is OEM. Currently looking for a lemon lawyer that does pro bono work. Her car still leaked oil, and now its broken down on the side of the road.
got the run around for 2 days from these guys .and the out come was sales guy was just to busy . worst experience in buying a car ever . I wouldn't shop here

Do not have your car repaired at impact auto sales. My friend purchased a car from them and recommend them so I went there. I called them tuesday evening asking how much it would be to have it towed their and when they could check it out and find the problem. They told me on Tuesday that on Wednesday they would check it out and know the problem within an hour. RecommendedI was having a hard time finding a dealership that would work with me & my credit & let me tell you! they were amazing! not only was I able to drive off with a new car that night but there customer service was AMAZING. ALL the places I went to were rude & unwilling to work with me. But Ricardo made it an amazing experience. the other guys there are amazing as well! very welcoming & not pushy at all!

Stopped by to check out a vehicle that I had been eyeing on their website. Did not feel pressured at all to purchase. Ended up taking the truck home the next day. When Impact Auto says they will work with you no matter what your situation is, they truly mean it. The staff has treated me like family since day one. Have worked with other used car dealerships and none of them were as great as Impact Auto. I highly recommend them. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.
Ken and Ricardo made it so easy to refinance my auto loan and lower my interest rate! I went in after work, they worked the numbers and I was approved in less than 30 minutes! Thanks Impact Auto!
