After getting a number of quotes from suppliers, I came across Impact Attachments. The website was impressive. I shortlisted the hydraulic thumb and telephoned the company. A very courteous and helpful staff called Jackson assisted me. He is highly proficient and knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions as I have zero experience with hydraulic thumbs. Service was Unreal by Jackson and the team at Impact. Had a last minute weekend order for a grab hitch that he came in for from his day off to make sure I got what I needed while I was down that way. Would highly recommend their gear and service to anyone.
