This company does nothing for my neighborhood. They forget to send bills and then send threatening letters to your inbox. Amazing.

There’s are much better and responsive management companies. Take some time to read reviews and ratings from the BBB and other agencies and avoid making a mistake you’ll surely regret.
Been a homeowner within this HOA management for a couple years now. Every time we have a problem arise it takes months for simple solutions to be remedied. Most recent problem with our irrigation has been the worst. All summer long our sprinklers go off in the middle of the day multiple times. When we call they refute our claims rather than just calling the landscaping company for a quick service. At this point we will actively avoid a community that Impact provides services too.
My experience with Impact Property Management has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the very beginning, their conduct was unprofessional, disorganized, and ultimately exploitative. Customer service is abysmal. Emails go unanswered for days—if not weeks—and maintenance requests are routinely ignored or delayed without any explanation or accountability. They are a waste of money. Cost our development 20 thousand dollars for their failures. Then gave themselves a raise. There is no one to speak with in person, no one to speak with on the phone, and do not return phone calls ,no one to handle any problem, 12 years and no plan for the NGPA area!! They send emails you can not respond to!! 1 star is too many
