I have written twice And sent pictures, I’ve tried calling. My neighbors have done the same. No one gets Back to you, No one follows Up. No one there cares. Whatsoever.
This place is horrible. They manage our HOA and they literally do NOTHING! It took me searching for them to pay for my HOA fee to get in contact with them. If you have another option go with that.
Take your business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. They do some shady business practices, as a representative they were supposed to do two drive-through‘s a month in our neighborhood. They would perform one at best and refused to reimburse for services, not rendered. Lie cheat, and steal is their motto.
Do not, under any circumstances, hire Impact Association Management at 9506 4th ST NE #101 Lake Stevens, WA 98258. They have cost our building a lot of money, and pay themselves outrageously for small jobs that should be covered by the contract we had with them (for instance, I believe it was $50 to mail a letter). I don't trust them, I think they are unprofessional and do a terrible job overall. I am writing this review anonymously because Impact has proven themselves to be so unprofessional that I fear retaliation. Do not hire this company. They are overpriced, dishonest, and provide poor service (if they provide services at all). This year, Impact gave themselves a 10% pay raise for our HOA even though their contract expressly limits their raise at 2%-5%. They charge $85/hr EXTRA to hold HOA meetings.
