They are a waste of money. Cost our development 20 thousand dollars for their failures. Then gave themselves a raise. There is no one to speak with in person, no one to speak with on the phone, and do not return phone calls ,no one to handle any problem, 12 years and no plan for the NGPA area!! They send emails you can not respond to!! 1 star is too many
I have written twice And sent pictures, I’ve tried calling. My neighbors have done the same. No one gets Back to you, No one follows Up. No one there cares. Whatsoever.
This place is horrible. They manage our HOA and they literally do NOTHING! It took me searching for them to pay for my HOA fee to get in contact with them. If you have another option go with that.
Take your business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money with this company. They do some shady business practices, as a representative they were supposed to do two drive-through‘s a month in our neighborhood. They would perform one at best and refused to reimburse for services, not rendered. Lie cheat, and steal is their motto.
Do not, under any circumstances, hire Impact Association Management at 9506 4th ST NE #101 Lake Stevens, WA 98258. They have cost our building a lot of money, and pay themselves outrageously for small jobs that should be covered by the contract we had with them (for instance, I believe it was $50 to mail a letter). I don't trust them, I think they are unprofessional and do a terrible job overall.
