Canceled my order and didn’t give me my points back.
I ordered a pizza online for my birthday with some coupon. I used it and ordered it for pick up. I went there and they acted like I was crazy asking for that, was told to pay full price, had to wait 30ish minutes, when leaving heard the cook bring up the pickup order, and he helped get it sorted out. The fact the guy at the register didn't even bother to ask or look backwards is absurd. Their food still tastes good though.
We ordered online for Halloween. My wife realized she ordered wrong and called them. The fixed the ordered for. Then the made the one pizza wrong and gave us a third for free. Great service, very clean restaurant.
