We got a loan with the best rate for our family. Imorgage was very consciencious and competent, friendly and made the process easy.
My husband had a really good experience with iMortgage. He worked with Lollie Figueroa. I highly recommend her. She was on top of things all the time.
I called Imortgage twice to attempt to refinance my home with absolutely no call backs or e-mails. I left a phone message and never heard back. I waited a week and then figured I would try again. I actually talked with someone, she took all of my information. Told me she would be going out of town for the weekend to meet with her parents, but said she would e-mail me with the information during the following week.......nothing. Imortgage not very professional.
