I had the best experience. The 3 girls at the front were beyond sympathetic and so helpful. The ma and nurse were kind and gentle
The providers are very friendly and nice, however one of the front desk person that sits on the right closest to the door is really rude and condescending, and provides false information about the cost of vaccines. I hope Denver Health takes appropriate measures to train this employee's attitude.
Quick check-in and got my vaccinations quickly. Woman that administered the shots was very pleasant!
We arrived early to my 2-year-old's 8:20 AM flu shot, before the actual clinic was open. The lovely receptionist let us in with open arms, checked us in, and we were out by 8:24 AM! The nurse that administered the shot had a lovely bed-side manner and helped ease my anxiety while my daughter screamed. On our way out the receptionist gave my daughter a book. Wonderful experience, thank you!
