Do not trust staff or spend your money at this clinic. Managers aggressively took paper work out of my hands multiple times when I was 1. Not handing it to her and showing her something and 2. She took it out of my hands twice with me grabbing it back out of her hands twice and I had to ask her to stop and she tried saying she wasn't doing that. Lies, from manager immediately. I had the best experience. The 3 girls at the front were beyond sympathetic and so helpful. The ma and nurse were kind and gentle
The providers are very friendly and nice, however one of the front desk person that sits on the right closest to the door is really rude and condescending, and provides false information about the cost of vaccines. I hope Denver Health takes appropriate measures to train this employee's attitude.
Quick check-in and got my vaccinations quickly. Woman that administered the shots was very pleasant!
