Very unprofessional institution! I scheduled an appointment in advance for Friday. I’ve been told that blood work takes a week, which is totally fine and meantime we should have make vaccines. But when arriving on Friday they lost our appointment and told us that their doctor is going on vacation next Friday (when our bloodwork should be ready) and they will be able to get our results in 3 WEEKS after doctor comes back! The girl at the front has a nasty attitude and cared more about filing her nails. I came to pick up my wife’s paperwork and I saw that the patient sign in list on the green clipboard with full names was laying right there on top of the counter for everyone to see. The clinic is truly amazing but a horrible staff can ruin that for a lot of patients. As a provider, I would know this first hand.
Excellent service! The service was very good and fast, with quick feedback. They even call you and follow up, which shows they really care. I especially want to highlight Ana at the front desk and during the blood draw. She was extremely gentle, professional, and careful. She drew my blood without me even noticing — no pain at all. 10 out of 10 for her. Ana deserves a 10!
Great service overall with a very professional staff. The doctor is wonderful and very thorough, strictly following the required immigration criteria—which is a good thing. Their pricing is fair, and they genuinely try to save you money rather than take advantage of people unfamiliar with the process. Note: Don't rely on their phone communication. From my experience of around 5 calls over ten days, their conversations are rushed, and, lack clarity and accuracy.
Avoid this place at all costs. This clinic assured me that my daughter’s medical documentation would take only one week. I even called a day before the promised date just to check if it was ready, and they told me it would be ready the next day. When I called again, they suddenly claimed that the lab’s machine had broken. If the machine had been broken for a week, why didn’t they inform me when I first called, or at least reach out to let me know?
