For how high end this place is, their booking system is shit. I booked online for two massages for my mom and myself for my wedding week. They had me input both guest names and the services we wanted. It showed the price and had me put a credit card in. I pressed submit and everything went through. Fast forward to today, my mom and I were so excited to have some relaxation before my wedding. We show up and they don’t have our booking, and there is nothing they can do. Horrible service. We stayed at MGM Grand for two days while in town for a Red Wings game. I stopped by the Spa and was able to book a deep tissue massage for the same day. Jarrell was professional, listened to my concerns about problem areas and worked on these areas to help reduce the tension and pain. This was one of the best massages I have ever had. The Spa and pool areas were very relaxing and the locker room was clean. All staff involved were kind, personable and professional. Thank you Immerse Spa for a wonderful experience.
Never will I come back. Decided to get a ab and chest wax before my trip. This is what Ill be traveling with… This is 2 days after. Absolutely disgusted. The lady literally ripped my skin off, not my hair, my skin…
