I had a great experience at this spa with Ruby. I booked an appointment in advance and paid upfront through Chime. I was a little hesitant about paying online at first, but everything went smoothly and was well worth it. Pros: Damn!!! Ruby is really good at what she does. The massage was excellent, and she was professional, attentive, and knew exactly how to make the experience enjoyable. She’s clearly popular and stays booked for a reason. Run Away!!! Beautiful place. The receptionist was very nice and the young man who took us back was very nice. That's where it took a turn for the worse. My aunt and I were scheduled for full body massages for our birthdays. She was visiting from Florida and often uses the MGM spa in Las Vegas. She chose this spa for us with high expectations. Have been twice - can confirm the sentiment that it’s very hit or miss if you’ll have a good experience. For the prices being charged I wouldn’t leave it up to chance. First time went well. Massage was decent and all amenities were functional in both locker rooms. Service was also quick and attentive. Second time was the opposite. The massage was not good.
