I don’t know why I never have been here since now. It was such a relaxing experience. Being able to hangout in the spa, by the pool, hot tub and steam room before and after your massage was so relaxing and perfect. Janet was my massage therapist, she was absolutely amazing! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. The robe was like a cloud. It was nice to have valet parking included with the spa. Not to mention after you can grab some food in the casino before you head out. My friend and I spent at least 5ish hours here.
Not as luxurious as I thought it would be. The massage therapist (african american lady with short hair if im not mistaken)was mean and very passive aggressive. She kept implying that i was not allowing her to massage me because i wasnt relaxed enough. In fact she hurt my leg by trying to hyperextend it. I will never go back to this spa.
For how high end this place is, their booking system is shit. I booked online for two massages for my mom and myself for my wedding week. They had me input both guest names and the services we wanted. It showed the price and had me put a credit card in. I pressed submit and everything went through. Fast forward to today, my mom and I were so excited to have some relaxation before my wedding. We show up and they don’t have our booking, and there is nothing they can do. Horrible service.
