I guess it's hit or miss. First time was wonderful. Everything went as planned. The second time I tried to go take my mother for her birthday was a disaster. Our appointments were both scheduled for the same day/time. I get a call an hour prior that the provider didn't show. I was given the choice to refund or choose another service. Having already planned our day/sitter. I opted to choose another service for an hour later. Excellent service. The couples massage was exactly what we needed to kick off a relaxing weekend.
Very average. Had no snacks, juice or lemonade. Spa attendant was MIA when I arrived. Massage was alright. Probably wouldn't return.
