Highly disappointed and shocked today it was extremely DIRTY the jacuzzi had a lot of dirt in it, towels everywhere on the floor, no lotion, steam room broken at 4pm , and no one at the front answered the phone after 430pm when they close at 6pm. I’m shocked I’ve been there multiples of times and this was the worst for the money that was spent all together $400 today never again.
If I were you, I I wouldn’t waste my time. Honestly I took my boyfriend for his birthday. It was his first time getting massage and the aesthetics is nice, but my massage was terrible and remind you I’m pregnant. The guy talked the last 30 minutes of my massage without massaging me and my boyfriend also had a terrible experience for 350 you can go somewhere else cheaper
I would not recommend booking with immerse spa. If your able to digest the fact that they do not offer spa packages, making there prices almost double. Then I hope you have no medical emergencies. Apparently, they do not make any exceptions to their no show policies, even with medical documentation. The upper management was not accommodating at all. Beware, this company cares more about their money than their clients.
