This was a wonderful facility! The nurse was really nice! And the PA was quick and thorough. He could have smiled though.
If I could give zero stars I would. Both the "Dr." and receptionist were late so we all sat there waiting and waiting. The Dr finally strolled in at 9:30 with his coffee in hand. The receptionist came in around 10:15. (They open at 9am). Finally saw Dr and didn't do anything. He said I wasn't sick enough. I went to another Dr the next day and was diagnosed with pneumonia. Front office super friendly and time wise very short wait , Dr. Canio super nice and listened to our concernes. Both times I've been here with my children has been a very pleasant and wonderful experience.
So far so good. I was seen relatively quick, nice doc, got some scripts....now we see if this works! (Sucks to have to be here, but they still deserve a good rating.)
This place is a joke. The "doctor" we saw really told us ringworm was NOT contagious. Seriously? What a joke. Then he gets nasty and tells me he doesn't appreciate me putting him down when I told him as a "doctor" he should know it IS contagious. I won't be going here again.
