RecommendedGreat experience! I knew my 2 year old had an ear infection and just needed antibiotics but it was the Sunday before Memorial Day so our pediatrician office wasn’t open. Booking an appointment was so simple, even when I needed to change the time just 2 hours before. The staff was friendly and the NP was great with my 2 year old and his big sister.

Long wait; only 1 tech in all of Seattle. Only good thing was the actual tech and the nurse practitioner. Everyone else was not nice or helpful. Got sent from the cap hill location.

Good clinic staff Everything went well, got in right away, didn’t have to wait. They were very friendly! Could have those lil paper cups in the rooms instead of leaving & trying to get back in thro the doors.
