Real friendly people It was really nice as I was leaving, the staff at the desk told me to feel better and took the time to say goodbye. That was something that I really appreciated.
Nice and pro I love the Burien staff and made me feel very comfortable . The Dr was so nice and professional . Would recommend to any one!
staff is friendly I was seen at the new Bothell clinic. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was seen immediately and the doctor quickly assessed my health problem. She referred to the ER where my condition was confirmed and treated.
Health care professional My appointment was for 8:00am, and I was being seen by 8:01. The health care professional was through, informative and very helpful. The facility was clean and all the staff were professional and friendly. I got better right on the schedule I was told to expect. I especially liked that I could get medical help within hours of calling for an appointment.
Superb!! The staff was knowledgeable, efficient,caring and thorough. They saw me very quickly, even though it was near the end of the day, which I really appreciated. I really like getting all of the information which helps makes my understanding and future decisions better. It was really superb experience!
This is a great place I had a great expeience. I was able to get in right away. Everyone was very courteous. Was able to see the doctor quickly was out with in not time at all. It took me longer at the darn pharmacy than it did at the office. And I love the long hours and weekend openings. Great place
For me, this is the best experience!! All staff members were quick, very nice, professional, and showed concerns. The doctor was wonderful. She took the time to resolve all of my concerns in a very short time. It was one of the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care facility.
Welcoming staff Everyone at the front desk and who is an assistant was very helpful and welcoming. The doctor who I saw was loud and abrasive, although helpful and I got taken care of.
Everything went fine The wait was minimal. The nurse Amica is very sweet. Dr. Chung was very helpful and friendly. The male recepcionist was quite helpful.
