great all-around experience although I recognize Sunday as a day of rest, I also grew up on a farm and appreciate that chores still need to be done on Sunday. awesome!! The staff was awesome. My daughter was throwing up on my and in the lobby. They whisked us back, helped me clean up, and took care of my little girl. I was ever grateful!

medical treatment I had a great experience when I visited the Immediate Clinic in the Rose Hill neighborhood. I didn't have to wait at all to be seen and the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The forms were not too cumbersome to fill out and seemed very short and succinct. The MA brought me straight back and efficiently took my vitals and asked basic rooming questions. I liked the use of an iPad to document my intake. Good enough Arash was very knowledgeable and comforting. He listened to my concerns and took everything I said into account. The process didn't feel rushed at all, he explained his opinion on the matter and gave me choices regarding my treatment plan. The enrollment process did take longer than I thought it would. It would have been nice to start being seen while the front desk get's all my information entered and not afterwards, but it was fairly quick nonetheless.
Great medical service My husband was seen at IC in Burien WA on April 15th and 16th 2014. I suggested he there because it was after hours and he had a fever. Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful and very attentive. The first doctor Midhat Aljic took very good care of him; the second doctor Crystal Chung took extra time to explain everything. The medical assistant Heidi was really exceptional. Our wait time was a bit long but the front desk staff kept us informed. We would highly recommend the clinic.
