I went in without an appointment and promptly filled out one document asking about the nature of my visit. I had an outer ear infection and needed antibiotic ear drops. The woman behind the desk was nice and very helpful with my questions. Eventually I get called inside and the staff were very informative and clear about what to do. The doctor was sweet and made me feel like I wasn't over reacting. It felt good to know that they take my well being seriously.
Absolute waste of your time, dont even bother with this place just go to a real hospital. It's like you have to fight the staff to convince them some thing is wrong with you before they will consider helping you
