I fell and hurt my ankle back in November. Took myself to the hosp which was a mistake bc they gave me no description of what i had done to my ankle and sent me back to work with no limitations. Mind you I am a phlebotomist at labcorp which requires me on my feet for 8 or more hours a day. So i took myself over to immediate care in redbank. They took such great care of me. We had to go today for them to take my husbands oxygen sat. They were all so wonderful! Very friendly and accommodating. I love the text message when to set off to go... great system...
This was my first experience with immediate care. Staff was nice, Saw NPT and liked her very much, Caring. Wish my pharmacy was as quick with the prescription as the walk in visit was.
I've been to the Toms River office several times because I am always sick on a weekend. The on line check in was great with the text alerts letting me know how long I'd be waiting. It was very accurate and fast. Everyone at the TR office is very nice and the Dr was very nice and made sure I got all the medication I needed for my bronchitis, ear infection and sinus infection that I had all at the same time. I will definitely go back when needed and am thankful for weekend hours.
This was my first time coming here. I was very satisfied and the staff was very nice. I would recommend this place to Family and friends..

I have absolute confidence in the doctors and staff here. It is efficient, kind and clean. The doctors take time to speak TO you about their findings and explain in a clear and respectful manner that.
