This place is awful. I came in during an emergency with my 7 year old son yesterday. He bashed his head playing outside, his cut was so deep that the skin had lifted off his head and you could see the layers of flesh. It clearly needed stitches. I grabbed a towel from the house and sped to Immediate Care East which is about a half mile from me. This matter arose when a woman entered our office Sunday afternoon seeking medical care for her son, who had sustained a laceration on his head earlier in the day. The woman alleges that we denied her son treatment for his laceration because she did not bring her insurance card with her Sunday. This simply is not true.
