I was very surprised by the number of negative reviews. I recently visited Immediate Care and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. All the staff were helpful and courteous, but I was most impressed with Dr. Antonio Carlino. He is the epitome of what a doctor should be!

Came in with Strept and flu symptoms and NP dismissed all my symptoms and gave no antibiotic to contain symptoms. Tried to upsell additional testing. I’m a travel nurse working with geriatric patients daily Horrible Place! $89 with my Medicare Insurance!!!!!
Despite tonight's snowy weather and poor driving conditions, I made my way to the Immediate Care center in Glenview. I have terrible chest congestion and believe I have bronchitis. I was refused entry and/or treatment because I was less than 1 minute past their regisration cut-off (not closing). They close at 8, I got there at 7:31. They didn't appear to be busy. Thank you to the triage man with the silver/white crew cut that wouldn't make an exception for inclement weather and a 1-minute delay.
