Abby, PMA’s sleep technician, was willing to see me during her lunch hour, helping me out with a mask adjustment due to a face injury. She fit the mask carefully, trying two models to see which sat better. She also adjusted the machine pressure to make sure no leakage occurred. I would have given them a second star for the care that I did receive, but after my conversation with the practice manager today, they deserve a one star rating. The problems began last spring when my provider continued to be late for my appointments. I'm not talking five or 10 minutes. I'm talking about more than 30 minutes on one occasion and at least 15 minutes on other occasions. Just met with Abby in sleep medicine. She was wonderful - friendly, helpful, thorough and very knowledgeable. She asked good questions, listened and was able to effectively trouble shoot. I left feeling well cared for and like my issue was addressed. Thank you!
Dr. Cuttica and her staff at PMA are very kind and take the time with you to address your health concerns. Dr. Cuttica is a wonderful doctor and has a great understanding of the issues affecting older adults.
