Extremely expensive! Not really Urgent Care prices, and not transparent about their pricing up front. From my first phone call with them, I thought it was an Urgent Care, but they actually billed me like a Hospital Visit- received 3 separate bills (one for labs and "outpatient service," another bill for "disgnostics," and then surprise, a third bill from the doctor.) They save lives and teach good practices for pulmonary health.
They care about money, not people.
Really great people - I came here for a broken toe and got x-rays and advice on taping up the toe. The people were so nice! I also took my daughter here last year when she had a tonsil infection and was similarly impressed. No wait either!
The staff was inquisitive and helpful. Dr Fehrenbacher explained everything well and extensively.
